Clean, good location and good value for money. Positive: Clean, beds comfortable, good location and easy to get to local shops, pubs and restaurants. Negative: Difficult to find property at first, small TV, difficult to get comfortable on the sofa in the living room.

We loved the house and location, had a very relaxing break. Positive: Spacious, well-equipped house. Great facilities for family beach-side holiday. Everything you might need. Location across road from beach, accessed via side alley. Lovely sea views. Three storey, top floor with sloping ceiling, good for children. Comfort of bedrooms, bathrooms excellent. Inside faultlessly clean. Roadside parking close by. Negative: Outside looks neglected, didn't match inside. Washing machine in a separate basement, didn't need to use, but for awareness. Outside steps to property are aged and uneven, challenging for anyone with mobility issues. Roadside parking not guaranteed.
