Garden Cottage

I would definitely stay here again it was a very homely place. I would highly recommend here. Also any questions you ask Positive: It was very clean. Beds were very comfy. Great facilities, the kitchen had everything you needed and having a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and another toilet separate Negative: It is at the top of the hill so if you don’t like walking up hills then it would be a taxi ride home. We didn’t mind the walk it took us 10 mins to walk back from Whitby centre that’s walking at a slow place

Absolutely fantastic Positive: Garden cottage was absolutely beautiful and the cleanliness was superb - location was fabulous a short walk to the centre of Whitby, we will definitely be booking again in the sure it was perfect !

Positive: Nicely decorated, clean and great location. Lots of space. Negative: The noise from the property upstairs really spoilt the stay. You could not relax on a evening and were woken early by the banging and constant footsteps noise. We also had to call out the maintenance company due to a blocked toilet. There is also constant water falling from the roof so going out into the garden was not an option without getting wet.

Stunning little apartment. Positive: The place was immaculate, really modern and done to a high standard! Negative: The only problem was the people staying above and the sound transfer. I would advise getting acoustic underlay and putting down a thick carpet as the 1st night, my mother and father in law hardly slept.
