Perfect spot Positive: Modern, clean, tidy and with all the amenities

Very enjoyable stay with some facilities lacking Positive: It was clean, modern, in a great location and very comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. Negative: The garden wasn’t very appealing, grass needed cutting, walls needed decorating, not enough seating for 4 people to sit together and no cushions. No hairdryer, front bedroom needs curtains (sun shining in at 5am). Lots of noise from property above from 6am and up to 11.30pm. Mirror needed in smaller bathroom.

Great place to stay in Whitby Positive: Spotlessly clean, roomy, two lovely bedrooms with comfy beds. Good sized fridge freezer, everything you could need in the kitchen. The location was amazing, so close to everything, yet quiet at night, even in the front bedroom. We'd definitely stay again! Negative: The only thing we could say is, as we were two couples staying, it would have been good to have two comfy sofas rather than the one sofa and two uncomfortable chairs in the living room. We took it in turns to enjoy the sofa :-)
