Booking cock_up. Positive: Location, very comfortable. Negative: The fact that Booking.com supplied the wrong key safe number. Took over an hour to get in. Not for the first time has this happened to us.

Garden Cottage Whitby - Amazing Positive: What an absolute gem. The cottage and the location are amazing. The pictures don't do the property justice. Beautifully presented and absolutely spotless. Negative: The only little let down was the noise from the property above.

Comfortable stay Positive: It was brand new we were the first people in the pillows and duvet was that comfy we came home and bought the same ones Negative: The fan hadn’t been hoovered out so when I was cooking I put the fan on and had to throw our dinner away because of the mdf dust from the kitchen

Hotel luxury in a cottage apartment. Positive: This cottage is luxurious and fully equipped to live. Each of the bedrooms had kingsize beds with high-quality bedding and decor. As the mattresses were new, I found them quite firm. The kitchen was lovely and had everything you would need a fabulous integral cooker/microwave and a dishwasher. The bathroom is very stylishly decorated with green tiles and gold fixtures. There is a great double headed shower that you don't want to get out of. There is also a separate toilet. The carpets are deep, springy, and soft, very cosy underfoot. The location is ideal for a ten minute walk to the beach or into town. Perfect. Negative: Small issue with no iron, hairdryer or parking permit but it was soon rectified.

Positive: Having booked garden cottage with no reviews i was a little apprehensive. But I didn't need to worry. The hosts personally called me to explain we were the first guest to stay which put my mind at ease. The pictures do not do the property justice, everything is of the highest quality from the fantastic beds, shower and even the carpets. The location is perfect for exploring Whitby. Would highly recommend Negative: Nothing
