Sea View House

A family party weekend which was enjoyed by all. Positive: The property is spacious and very clean. There was plenty of room for our 3 generation family. There views are amazing and the location ideal for exploring Whitby. Negative: Nothing we enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Relaxed , extremely comfortable in a very high standard beautiful property. Positive: Perfect location and the property ticked every box spacious , comfortable and just perfect throughout . Negative: Nothing to dislike about the property , just parking near was quite hard especially if you moved your car but being an Easter weekend didn’t help .

Our extended family ranging in age from 5 to 85years old always comes together once a year in a rental home either by th Positive: The location is wonderful with fabulous views and easy access to all the attractions in Whitby. The house is spacious - easily accommodating our party of 10 - and the standard of furnishing is excellent. The kitchen area is well equipped and perfect for cooking for large groups and there is a fantastic dining table easily able to seat 12 diners. All the beds are comfy and the large bathrooms are equipped to a really high standard. Negative: Few and only very trivial issues.

This property is fantastic! With only being open from the start of 2026, it is luxurious, comfortable all within the heart of Whitby! You are a 5 min walk from the whale bone arches. Then around a 10 min stroll into town. The property itself, we had a group of 6 guests staying, and once you was in your bedroom, you couldn't hear another person at all. Each room was tastefully decorated, with the most comfortable beds & sheets. All of the bedrooms were en-suit with a mix of either rain fall showers or baths. The toilet on the ground fall was an added bonus! We could also wash and dry our clothes for the time what we was there also. I had the green room at the front of the property and loved waking up looking out the window and seeing the sea & the Abbey. I really didn't want to leave, it was so comfortable and heated up really quickly and held the heat also. Would highly recommend to others to enjoy this slice of heaven!

Positive: We had a fantastic stay at Seaview. It couldn't have been more perfect, three generations under one roof with plenty of room to be together and also be separate when we wanted. The house is gorgeous and has everything you could need, it's also in a great location for exploring Whitby. We all agreed it's the best place we've stayed as a family. We were made to feel so welcome by the host, all our questions and requests were answered really quickly. We hope to visit again soon.
