excellent property, warm, clean, comfortable.

We have had a wonderful three nights in your apartment, right on the river / estuary in Whitby. We have loved watching the river ebb and flow, and also watching the wildlife and trains come and go. The apartment is clean, neat and tidy with everything we needed. Having a lift to access the apartment is so good, and one of the main reasons we booked your accommodation. Loved the spacious bedrooms and ample wardrobe space too. Scrabble was a hit, so were the magazines and welcome pack. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay. Holly

We have stayed at No9 on many occasions, however, this is the first time with the new letting agent. The flat was in good condition, clean and tidy, although some of the little special touches were missing. The only negative aspect of our stay was the heating, which was not turned on when we arrived. The flat was quite cold, and being a storage heater system, we didnt have full heating until the following day. I reported it to the agent, and they promptly provided two free-standing convector heaters. After that, everything was fine.
