We have stayed at No9 on many occasions, however, this is the first time with the new letting agent. The flat was in good condition, clean and tidy, although some of the little special touches were missing. The only negative aspect of our stay was the heating, which was not turned on when we arrived. The flat was quite cold, and being a storage heater system, we didnt have full heating until the following day. I reported it to the agent, and they promptly provided two free-standing convector heaters. After that, everything was fine.

A lovely, comfy stay. HIGHLY recommend! Positive: The flat was pram friendly! There was a working lift (thank you!) it was spotless, comfortable and had ever facility we could ever need. A lively river view, a 15 min walk into town and in a very quiet end of town. Lovely decor and easy check In. Effortless. Negative: We would struggle to find anything! We visit Whitby every year and this is by far the best place we’ve stayed.. by miles!
