Really nice house, very well equipped. Positive: Location-fabulous, nice quiet setting Open plan, very good entertaining space. And very well equipped. All bedrooms lovely, clean & spacious Negative: Bottom bunk bed, not very comfy at all, really needs a new mattress. Bigger sofa's as all could have a place at once. Couldn't use hot tub on first night as temp not set high setting

overall good, and nice house to stay! Positive: location was good, house was clean. Negative: the beds were not so good, they could improve the bedding as it were not at all comfortable and guest bathroom window was not opening at all.

Amazing house, lovely location, had everything we needed.

Lovely place, would stay again, but WiFi needs improvement. Positive: The property and surrounding is beautiful, had most things needed for cooking etc. Negative: Unfortunately none of the televisions in any rooms would connect to the WiFi so we were unable to use them, The WiFi itself isn’t very good at all, various of us were trying to work from our laptops but we’re unfortunately struggling due to emails not loading /sending etc.

Beautiful house, plenty of room for our Family. We all Loved it!! Positive: Location was excellent. Only around 6 miles to Scarborough Negative: More furniture in the garden.
