Positive: Location was great, bed and sofa were comfy. All amenities provided were good. Parking was good. Overall cleanliness was good. Spacious.
Negative: Strong smell of smoke in the front room and tobacco left on the yellow chair. Even though it is a non smoking property someone has clearly smoke in there. Bathroom plumbing smelt a bit.

Positive: Good location, good sized rooms, comfortable super king bed. Cooking facilities good. Parking vouchers were great.
Negative: Not very fragrant plumbing. Unable to open bathroom window and poor very dusty extract fan in bathroom. Unable to open escape door in bedroom. Sash window not easy to open. Overall the property needs a good clean and maintenance.
