Lovely Stay Positive: Very central location/house comfortable & everything you need

Disappointing Positive: It's a great central location with heaps of potential. Negative: This house has so much potential to be wonderful but the decor is dated and the cleaner needs to go! The facilities and space is great, the furniture is good but it was generally mucky, loads of thick cobwebs and dirty marks on the flooring, old food in the dishwasher and sink...such a shame when it's so easy to fix!

Positive: Location Negative: The whole place needs a deep clean. Would benefit from redecoration in places

Love Whitby? great place to stay for your visit Positive: Excellent location for Whitby town, easily walkable to the shops, beach and of course the 199 steps to the Abbey Negative: Parking in Whitby can be a challenge, however the accommodation do provide free parking permits which worked well for our family with three cars!

Positive: Great location. Negative: The two top bedrooms had not been cleaned so used towels and sheets were in there. Living room and stairs hadn’t been hoovered. Quickly sorted after a phone call though. Sink in main bedroom very narrow, difficult to use for cleaning teeth!
