Absolutely perfect, 100% would recommend to all our friends and family. Positive: Beautiful modern property that is instantly welcoming the second you walk in, a stones throw from the seafront. Negative: Absolutely everything, we loved it the kids loved it, can’t wait book again.

Great location Positive: Perfect location right in the centre of Whitby and views of the abbey. Tastefully decorated with all of the essentials. The front garden was a lovely spot for a cup of tea. Negative: No dishwasher. 2 of the rooms are huge with lovely spacious bathrooms but the loft room is a bit of a short straw travelling with 6 adults! Much head trauma and can't have a stand up shower. Toilet and sink in one unit and a bit smelly. Probably meant as a kids bedroom.

Bella vista Positive: We had a really lovely stay here and would definitely come back. The accommodation is beautifully decorated and feels very high quality throughout. The beds were really comfortable.. We loved the open-plan kitchen and dining area, which opens straight into the living room — it was a great space for everyone to sit together and relax. Having an ensuite with every bedroom was also a fantastic bonus and made the stay really easy and comfortable for everyone. The location was brilliant for exploring Whitby, with the marina and shops just a short walk away. Everything was really convenient, while the accommodation itself felt like a lovely place to come back to at the end of the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Negative: There wasn’t much we didn’t like about the property, but a couple of extra amenities would have made the stay even better. A washing machine and coffee machine would be useful additions, particularly when comparing it with similar properties in the area. Parking can be tricky in Whitby, and the property only has one parking space. However, the hosts had thoughtfully provided visitor parking permits, which meant we could park for free a little further away — around a 10–15 minute walk. This was a really helpful touch and much appreciated. Overall, these are only minor points and didn’t take away from what was otherwise a really enjoyable stay.
