Fabulous Whitby stay in modern, clean and very central property Positive: This was a beautiful property. Very modern, rooms Were comfortable and each bedroom was ensuite. Kitchen was well equipped. It was very central to walk to everywhere in central Whitby. Negative: Access to the front and rear is difficult if you had a guest with reduced mobility or even with a kids buggy. We had a person in our group in mid 70’s so we had to be careful after dark. The upper twin bedroom has a sloped roof, so need to be careful with tall adults. There is no dishwasher, while we were fine as we tended to only have breakfast at the property, this could be a challenge for parties who may wish to cook more.

Place needs some attention. Great location. Positive: Location. Size of property. Negative: No toilet roll Toilet seat hanging off Cobwebs everywhere. No washing machine. No light shade in bedroom. Lock handle missing on en suit lock. Radiator in en suit only partially working. Poor WiFi. Terrible pillows. Flat.

Family group had a great stay - excellent location **** Positive: Excellent location and lovely property for group of friends to stay. Negative: It was lovely property but it was looking a wee bit tired around the edges (possibly as end of season) marks on walls / back door sticking / front door looked very tired didn't reflect the standard of the property.

The house was lovely, extemely clean, tidy and modern. In perfection location, couple minutes walk away from the start o Positive: Was in great location to everything, house was exceptionally clean and tidy on our arrival. Host was really responsive over message and we had everything we needed! Negative: Nothing
