Roslyn House - Pateley Bridge

Positive: Huge rooms, very comfortable bed, sofas etc. Nice that there are different room available when it’s a large party. Perfect location for the High Street. Negative: The heating seemed to have a mind of its own, some rooms were boiling hot whereas others were freezing cold, but there were portable heaters available so it didn’t spoil anything

All the Family loved their stay! Positive: Wonderful property for a large group upto 12 people. All rooms are spacious, well appointed and comfortable for a great stay. Location is excellent just off the high street for convenience. Great communication from hosts. Negative: 2 bedroom radiators not working but electric heaters supplied. Seems to be a persistent problem as mentioned in other reviews.

Positive: House space, location. Negative: That the fires were only for show.

A beautiful pet friendly large home.. perfect for a family get together in a beautiful part of the country Positive: A perfect location, just off the Main Street. The rooms were beautifully modern and really well equipped for everything we needed during our new year family break away. Negative: Nothing to not like for us

Perfection! Positive: Fantastic property, well presented and generous bedrooms for everyone, having a bathroom each was a bonus! Kitchen is a great space. Negative: Radiators in two of the upstairs bedrooms were not working but they had supplied electric heaters which ensured we still remained toasty.
