A very large house in a great location.

Adequately met our needs for a family wedding. Positive: Spacious, comfy beds. Negative: 5th bedroom would be best described as a single-was not en-suite, shower room was down 2 flights of steps. Freezer was dirty. No bins in any of bedrooms. Most of the windows wouldn’t open, fire hazard! Shower cubicles needed non slip mats ( elderly relative slipped and fell). No hanging space in two of the bedrooms. Spongy floor in bathroom? Could be a leak. Bath tipped up!! Wasn’t secure, obviously! Only 2 hairdryers.Poor parking.

A work in progress Positive: Near to the whalebone so good location, and very near to the sea. Frontage and garden furniture really nice.Kitchen area and downstairs really lovely. Loved the floor in the hall! Good sized fridge freezer and dishwasher. All the beds were comfortable except for 1. Negative: Needs a deep clean. There was dust on the window ledges, skirting boards, blinds and in the bathrooms, although the toilets were clean. A lot of us found it difficult to sleep once dawn had broken because of lack of curtains. On contacting the agent, I was told this property is being refurbished so hopefully these issues are being addressed.

Family Stay Positive: Location was great & spacious. Negative: Only slatted blinds on all the windows which let the light in. On the top floor no blinds at all on the side windows. This let so much light in that people couldn't sleep. The children were up at 4.30 in the morning because of this. Curtains would of been so much better.
