Hidden Treasure

Positive: Great location, very close to the heart of Whitby. The house itself is lovely, very spacious and nice furnishings making it a pleasant place to stay. Bed sheets and towels were clean. Negative: The house could do with a deep clean as there's thick dust all over the blinds and skirting boards and the kitchen bin smelt terrible even with nothing in it. Windows would also benefit from a clean so guests could enjoy the nice views.

Excellent all round Positive: Everything Negative: Nothing to dislike

Hidden Treasure Whitby Positive: Sitting Room kitchen downstairs was well equipped and comfortable. Bedrooms were nice and plenty of bath/shower room options. Easy access to the town centre and facilities. Negative: A toilet on the bottom level would be good as the stairs are quite steep. The stairs would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues but the accommodation is ideal for most people especially those who want to go a a family group. Attic rooms could benefit from more window covers as the sun makes the rooms hot throughout the day and would also provide more privacy.

A very large house in a great location.

Adequately met our needs for a family wedding. Positive: Spacious, comfy beds. Negative: 5th bedroom would be best described as a single-was not en-suite, shower room was down 2 flights of steps. Freezer was dirty. No bins in any of bedrooms. Most of the windows wouldn’t open, fire hazard! Shower cubicles needed non slip mats ( elderly relative slipped and fell). No hanging space in two of the bedrooms. Spongy floor in bathroom? Could be a leak. Bath tipped up!! Wasn’t secure, obviously! Only 2 hairdryers.Poor parking.
