Wonderful property, lovely host, excellent location! Positive: Very spacious, lots of seating for the whole group. Lots of crockery and glassware available. Big fridge and freezer for a large group’s food and drink, as well as plenty of oven space. Excellent location as a short walk to either the seafront or the town centre. Beds were very comfortable and it was great to have an en-suite in 4 out of the 5 rooms. Great quality linen/towels. Host was extremely responsive to any questions and couldn’t be more accommodating on our requests/queries. Negative: We really enjoyed our stay and the whole group commented on the comfort of the house - the only tiny negative was that the guests in one of the bedrooms couldn’t get their window open which was particularly tough during a heatwave!

Lovely house in a great location Positive: The property is in a great location, close to plenty of lovely little shops and 5 minute walk to the centre. The facilities were perfect, even left dishwasher tablets and washing tablets. The host provided everything we needed, and was able to accommodate an earlier check in and an extra parking permit for our stay. Negative: The property wasn’t cleaned as well as we would have expected, as the carpets definitely needed a good hoover. There were areas in the house where there was some slight damp and stained walls. Apart from that the house was perfect.

Lovely place great owner would highly recommend Positive: It was in a perfect spot for where we needed to be. It was clean and welcoming. Nothing was any bother for the owner great communication. We will deffo book here again. Negative: The only down side is that it's set out over 3 floors. Lots of stairs. Wouldn't put us off staying again though.

Fabulous family getaway Positive: Beautiful house with plenty of room for us all. Location is perfect for walking to town or exploring further afield Negative: Nothing

Disappointed with the level of cleanliness and presentation of the property for the cost Positive: A large property in a good location with enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate the whole family Negative: The property was poorly presented and looked a little run down. there was rubbish and weeds in the front garden. The windows where filthy inside and out and layers of muck underneath the beds especially the bedroom on the second floor
