Disappointing Christmas Stay
Positive: The property has a lot of charm and is well located
Negative: Minimal or no cleaning had been done. Dirt and rubbish piled up outside the kitchen window. One of the showers was blocked with slimy hair and overflowed through the kitchen ceiling on Christmas Eve.Oven was filthy. Had food remnants from previous guests.

Very pleasant stay in a character cottage
Positive: Great size, character, and location.
Having 3 bathrooms was perfect
Negative: Cleanliness is the only thing that lets it down. Plates and glasses in the cupboards were wet and dirty. There were random bits of food in the cupboards and freezer like no one had checked cleanliness between guests.
