Ideally situated & comfortable for 6 ladies walking circular walks on The Cleveland Way Positive: Lovely comfy beds & pillows. Good location & plenty of space for 6 people, good to have 3 bathrooms/ shower rooms. Heating good & easy to control. Near to a great butchers , bakery & fish & chip shop. Negative: Nothing to dislike really but a minor comment would be oven gloves, a chopping board & a teapot would’ve been useful. Shower in 1st floor bathroom temperamental & extractor fan did not work….but we managed & enjoyed our stay. Outside lights did not work, needed for steps in the dark as a safety issue.

Ideal, very comfortable base for a walking holiday around Whitby Positive: Property is very spacious with large bedrooms and very comfortable living area. WiFi and Smart TV were ideal. Kitchen is vey well equipped with plenty of crockery etc. Whole property was very clean. Location is excellent. Few minutes walk to bus stops and train station accessing Whitby, Eskdale and the North Yorkshire Moors, not to mention a fabulous butchers.

A good stay for four friends, with enough room to have their own space Positive: Size of the property and the room sizes were good. good layout and ideal for two families although there is only parking for one car over all the property is comfortable. Negative: Some areas of the property required repair decoration, including the outside front areas, interior walls, blinds and curtains . Some carpets required cleaning in the property, on entry the property smelt fusty and damp. Two of the toilets require some maintenance or repair due to the cisterns being faulty and the dishwasher was broken on arrival. The photos on the advertisement seem to have been taken a long time ago and whilst the property was clean, it is tired and ready for redecoration some repair.

Great space for a get together for family or friends. Positive: Perfect amount of room for all of us. Comfortable beds and lovely bedding and towels. Negative: Minor comments really but could do with a working dishwasher. Could do with oil, salt, pepper and chopping boards - we had to buy our own. There were a few areas that need attention like water ingress in bathrooms and paint touch ups around the property. Also carpets were quite stained downstairs.

Positive: Airy and comfortable Negative: Small point: knives all blunt
