Accommodation was very clean and tidy and just what I needed all on one Floor level and a go to location. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because the toilet mechanism was broken and you have to use a screwdriver which at times could be very awkward to use hopefully repairs will Be done soon . thank you For a great place to stay.

Great location for short break in Whitby. Positive: Great location on West Cliff- walking distance to everything. Parking available on street and a permit provided. All on ground level. Good communication from hosts/managers. Negative: Having the bathroom between the living room and bedroom is a bit awkward. There were a few maintenance issues - these were being addressed but weren’t fixed during our stay. Bathroom not 100% clean, lots of mould around shower. However, the apartment was warm, comfortable and convenient and we would definitely stay again

We had a pleasant short stay. Positive: Apartment had enclosed area for the dogs. Lovely big shower cubicle with hot water. Negative: Rather an unusal set up with the bathroom being in between the lounge and bedroom. Would be better having bathroom at the end of the building. The door to the cleaning cupboard wouldn't stay closed.

Positive: Lovely location ideal to walk everywhere and perfect for our dog as had a secure yard. We had a lovely time thank you ☺️
