Positive: Location & the space Negative: Slight smell of dampness, but a very minor issue

Fab break Positive: It was really spacious, and well decorated. Excellent location.

Damp issue musty smell in bedrooms and passage Positive: Location was excellent and it was a really big flat. Negative: Damp, musty bedrooms musty bedding and carpets in back bedroom. Front passage smells damp. Not well maintained lots of things need repaired cupboard handles missing stains on furniture plaster off on walls back garden absolutely filthy. Read about damp musty smell on reviews and asked if i could cancel as i knew it would be an issue for us but was told we couldnt which i understand as it was too late was told it wouldn't be an issue and I made it clear if it was i wouldn't stay.. It definitely was an issue didn't stay after first night booked for 2 asked refund and was told that it wasn't damp and wouldn't get a refund. The upkeep of the place I would have dismissed as it didn't really spoil anything but the dampness I would not accept

Good location and value Positive: Clean, comfortable beds and facilities provided, that's dog friendly and situated in walking distance to North Bay beach, open air theatre, cricket ground, Peasholm Park, and a mini supermarket, etc. The host provided a free parking ticket to display in the car for the duration of our stay. Negative: Some of the neighbouring properties housed some people who were quite unsociable. A couple of items were either broken or missing from the apartment, that service/cleaning staff didn't spot. Nothing we couldn't cope with.

Positive: Place and location is perfect, we had really beautiful time. Thank you :)
