Great family holiday Positive: The house is amazing - perfect for our family holiday and the location is second to none. It's a truly beautiful house and we had a great stay. Negative: There were a few minor things - problems with a few of the TVs - no handset for one, but the main ones were a nasty smell in one of the en suites and the previously-reported steps at the rear, which are in a dangerous state and need urgent attention. We had a couple of near misses on them. We reported the missing TV handset on arrival - one was ordered but didn't arrive during our stay. We also reported the bad smell but the remedy given didn't solve it. Apart from the steps, none of the above spoiled our stay.

3 generations family meet. Loads of local attractions to suit all age groups. Fabulous house, clean and well equipped. Positive: Large and spacious, ideal for our family get together. Fab views over north Scarborough beach and room for 4 cars off road parking. Just perfect. Negative: The steps up to the door a little unsafe could do with repair and hand rail.

Great Family stay in Scarborough Positive: Perfect for a large family, and great location. Modern interior and comfortable beds. Negative: Not a huge negative but lots of stairs.

Positive: We liked the location. Size of bedrooms Negative: All the stairs up to top floor. No comfy seats outside on the patio & in the Dining Room.
