Cosy Coastal Apartment 2

Really impressed with the apartment and we will definitely book this property again the next time we go to Bridlington Positive: The property was lovely and comfortable with enough room for us 4 adults, it was clean, tidy and modern. We didn’t cook a meal there but it looked like there was everything in the kitchen that was needed to. The property was also well located with a very handy parking space included. Negative: The kettle had to have a good scrub as there was a lot of limescale in it. Not a negative but I think it would be a good idea if you could get a choice of one or two sets of keys , as my 80 year old parents couldn’t do the key lock so it meant that we were hanging around to get back in when we went out our separate ways

Comfortable and great location…Little Gem Positive: The apartment had a modern decor with a relaxing home from home feel and contained everything you needed from comfy seating, dining table, stylish and comfy bedrooms. Modern kitchen including washing machine. Modern bathroom with over the bath shower, towels supplied. The apartment was in need of decorating in places. Quite a few stairs, but personally didn’t find it a problem. Overall really pleased and would definitely book and stay again. Would recommend to others. The location was perfect and within walking distance of the town centre, as well as longer walks with the dogs. Added bonus of a little park close by for early morning and nightly walks with the dogs. Negative: Entrance was tired and in need of decorating along with stains on the carpet. The stains continued to be present once inside the apartment on the main landing in between the kitchen and lounge. Apartment entrance door was very noisy and in need of attention, especially with both entrance doors being so close to each other, people staying in the next apartment might consider it a nuisance. Could hear pigeons nesting in the roof whilst in the lower bedroom.

We had a wonderful time, it was a perfect getaway holiday apartment. The location is perfect for beach access and to wal Positive: It was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities provided made it home from home. Negative: The property has Seagulls nesting inside the roof which would scatter around from early mornings to late evening but we understand it is a difficult issue to monitor/ remove. The amount of stairs did make it a little difficult with a pram but on booking I was aware it wasn’t ideal for anyone who couldn’t use stairs so I knew to expect this.

Cozy, relaxing and clean. Positive: Beds were super comfy and the place was really clean! Will most likely return next year! Negative: Seagulls were noisy but that’s expected from a seaside town.
