Cosy Coastal Apartment 1

Overall, we really enjoyed it and would stay here again. Positive: The property is well situated at the top of the town. The living room is large and spacious. We particularly liked the entrance hall which is ideal for the coats and shoes. The car parking area is big enough for two medium sized vans. I had a Peugeot Expert and the other visitor had a Mercedes Vito and they both fitted comfortably in the parking space. There are decent views on to the sea and all that you need is just a short walk away. Negative: The kitchen tap was loose and wobbly. One light in the living room didn't work. The shower tray creaks while standing on it and may crack one day. The sink basin was loose and there is no tile splash back. Don't pull on the towel rail because it appears to be not securely fixed. There are no hooks on the door for towels. Everything has to be draped over the towel rail. Also, the bathroom could do with a shelf as there is no where to place a toiletry bag. I find window blinds irritating and it is a fiddle to open the windows. You can't get regular channels on the smart tv (BBC, ITV, Channel 4, or Channel 5.) If you visit here in the cooler weather, take blankets with you. They have fitted these old fashioned wooden covers over the radiators which stop the heat from coming through. I expect this house could become very cold at times. Also, there are no extra blankets for the bed in case it gets cold.

It was a lovely break overall and we have just booked another stay with them for July. Positive: Lovely and clean, everything you need for a short stay. Negative: The only problem we had was no lights in stairwell which was a problem at night time as we went out for evening dinner and walks.

We came to Bridlington for a short break and to meet up with friends, it was just a short walk down the road into town, Positive: The property has everything you need, it’s spacious, clean, comfortable and in a great location. Negative: There is nothing I didn’t like about it.

Enjoyable weekend and the weather a bonus this weekend. It is a very comfortable place to stay. Positive: This is our 2nd visit to this place and it has everything you could need. It is also in an ideal location and nice to be able to look out to sea while having your meals. Negative: Everything was spot on!

Positive: Great location for the beach & town. The apartment is very spacious, a lovely layout, fully equiped and comfortable just perfect for our stay with an added bonus of a good parking facility.
